All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Because we pack each order ourselves, processing times may vary slightly during holidays or product launches.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through Shippo, based on your location and package weight. We strive to offer the most affordable and reliable shipping options available.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic (U.S.) Orders: 3–7 business days after shipping

• International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and customs processing

Local Pickup

At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier first to check for delivery details. If you need further assistance, email us at [your business email] and we’ll help resolve the issue.

Returns Due to Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace packages returned due to an incorrect address, but we’re happy to reship the order once it’s returned (additional shipping fees may apply).
