Refund Policy

We want you to love your Wonder Key Learning products! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are educational materials that are packaged and shipped individually, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused

• It is in its original condition

• It is returned at your expense

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will gladly replace it at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Digital downloads

• Custom or personalized items

• Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address entered at checkout:

• We can reship the package

• Additional shipping fees will apply

• Refunds are not available for incorrect-address returns
